*We have a charity partner for every month of the year. Even though we are not open in January, August and December, we are still generating funds by selling books online.

Irrespective of the amount we raise at our monthly Charity Bookstalls, we commit to donating a minimum £500 each month to one of our regular local charity partners, giving something back to the local community, who support us so well. At the end of the year, depending upon how much money we raise, we donate any surplus funds to a number of charities, many chosen by our loyal volunteers. In 2024, for the 4th year running, we raised just over £20,000. Since its inception in September 2000, the Charity Bookstall has now raised over £200,000.

THANK YOU to everyone involved, whether a customer, volunteer or a charity partner, in helping keep this community venture going.
